Game project "Schrupaszcza"
My concept of a game was awarded in the competition and the game was realized jointly by students of the Faculty of Fine Arts and the Faculty of Applied Computer Science. The project was created thanks to the cooperation of a team of graphic designers and programmers. My role was to supervise the project as well as design individual elements.
The main character of the game is an insectivorous plant – Schrupaszcza. The plant moves with the help of a stalk that bends to the sides. The goal of the game is to score points by catching the correct insects. In this way, the plant changes its stage of development. Initially, the player uses the smallest energetic yellow form, then the mature orange form, the last stage is the giant form, moving slower than the others. After completing the three stages, the player moves to the next board – with a different environment and insects.
